USAGE OF DEVICE

  • Apply Geuvenate Gel

Apply a moderate amount of Geuvenate Gel to the beauty area. It is recommended to apply the gel several times in a partitioned manner, in order to prevent the gel or essence from drying and affecting the operation. In the meantime, you can add an appropriate amount of gel or essence to keep the electrode tip sliding smoothly in case of skin dryness or increased moving resistance of the device during use.

  • Power On

Connect the power, press and hold the MODE button for 1-2 seconds to power on.

  • Select Mode and Switch Level

Press the MODE button briefly, and the device enters the working state for use when the selected mode indicator and level indicator light up separately. Specifically, each time the MODE button is pressed shortly, the mode and level cycle through the following sequence:

V-MAX → V-MAX (+) → FACE → FACE (+) → EYE → V-MAX

  • Partitioned Care

Under the same mode, two or three facial areas receive sequential care. After the session for each facial area, the device beeps twice and suspends for a while, during which the user may apply gel or essence to the next facial area to be cared for. Then, you could press the current mode button and continue the session for the next facial area under the same mode until the whole process is accomplished.

  • After care of one mode is completed,

In case you need to use other modes, briefly press the other mode button to switch the mode and thereafter repeat the aforementioned steps.

Or you can long press the ON/OFF button to power off and then unplug the device.

*During the care, the device will automatically turnoff the power if it remains in standby state for 3 minutes without operation.

*The power cord must be unplugged in a timely manner, regardless of manual or auto shutdown, in order to avoid fire.

  • Power On

Ensure you connect the power, and thereafter, press the ON/OFF button for 1-2s to switch on the device. Check whether the device is powered on normally (all mode breathing indicators light up and the icon at the ON/OFF button is illuminated to enter standby mode after power-on status).

  • Select Mode and Switch Level

Upon power-on, each time any mode button is shortly pressed, the corresponding mode indicator is on, and other mode indicators are off. This means a successful switch to the corresponding mode. Meanwhile, the level indicator lights up.

The modebutton is shortly pressed again to switch the level: Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3 → Level 2 → Level 1.

  • Partitioned Care

Under the same mode, two or three facial areas receive sequential care. Both G10 and G20 are designed for daily use, with a recommended session time of around 10 minutes per day.

To help your skin fully benefit from each session and avoid overuse, we suggest using different functional modes on different days and take one rest day per week to allow your skin time to recover. Here is the suggested weekly schedule:

No matter which mode you choose, we recommend starting with the lowest setting (level 1) on your first use. Observe how your skin reacts—if there's no discomfort or unusual reaction, you can continue using the device. When you feel comfortable, you may gradually increase the intensity to achieve better results.

With consistent use 3 to 4 times a week, GEMO offers visible results in stages. Within just 6 minutes per session, the device helps lift and define the facial contour, enhancing the appearance of the V-line. After 28 days of continuous use, users typically notice improved skin elasticity, a more youthful appearance, and visible reduction in fine lines and wrinkles.

Our gel is designed to work seamlessly with our devices. It ensures better conductivity, gentler texture, and is tested for compatibility with sensitive skin. We cannot guarantee any results if you use alternative products.

One full-size Geuvenate Gel (100g) can typically be used around 50 times, which lasts about 2 months under regular use. This estimate is based on GEMO's internal testing, and actual usage may vary depending on individual application amounts each time.

Geuvenate Gel is formulated with gentle, skin-friendly ingredients to ensure optimal conductivity and comfort during use.

These ingredients are chosen to hydrate, soothe, and protect the skin during RF care. However, if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend performing a patch test before first use.

MAINTENANCE OF DEVICE

  • Please turn off the device, unplug it, and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
  • It is recommended to clean the device and cord witha soft cloth, soft paper towel, or alcohol-free wipes.

Note: In case the stains cannot be effectively cleaned, please cleanse them with a clean cloth or cotton swab dipped in 75% medical alcohol; please do not clean the device with steel wool or caustic cleaners.

  • Please do not clean the device or any accessories in a water faucet or dishwashing machine.

Note: The GEMO device is rated IP22, it can tolerate a small amount of moisture (such as light splashes or sweat), it is not fully waterproof or water-resistant. Please avoid using the device in the shower, rinsing it under water, or submerging it in any liquid. For best care and long-term use, wipe the device with a dry or slightly damp cloth after use and store it in a dry place.

  • Temperature: Keep it at room temperature Extreme cold or heat might affect its performance.
  • Humidity: Avoid damp places like bathrooms. Moisture can damage the device, so store it in a dry spot.
  • Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation during storage. Do not place the device in an airtight enclosure.

Transportation

  • Handling: Transport the device with care to prevent physical shocks. Avoid shaking or dropping the device. Avoid rain and snow and hard impacts during transportation.

SAFETY & COMPATIBILITY

No, the GEMO Anti-Aging Beauty Device will not cause facial fat loss. The device is designed to deliver low-energy multipolar radio frequency (RF) combined with EMS and ice-cooling technologies, which work within the superficial dermis layer to stimulate collagen production and improve skin elasticity.

It does not reach the depth or intensity required to affect fat cells.Facial fat loss is typically associated with prolonged exposure to high thermal energy at deeper tissue levels.

GEMO's non-invasive technology avoids such risks, focusing instead on gentle skin rejuvenation and lifting effects. Users can confidently enjoy its firming benefits without worrying about volume loss.

The GEMO device works well on all skin types and tones with no major restrictions.

However, if you have sensitive skin, you might feel some slight irritation or discomfort. For sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test using our Geuvenate gel before regular use to help prevent any strong allergic reactions.

We recommend allowing your skin to rest for at least 10 days after any non-surgical aesthetic procedure before using GEMO devices. Since recovery time can vary depending on the type and intensity of the treatment, we suggest reaching out to our customer service team (if you have received injectable fillers, such as hyaluronic acid, please consult with your attending doctor about the type of material to be injected in advance before consulting with the Customer Service Team) for personalized guidance. Firstly for eye area, the GEMO Anti-Aging Beauty Device is designed with a dedicated EYE mode, specifically tailored for the delicate skin around the eyes. This mode uses gentle radio frequency and EMS settings, ensuring safe and effective care for under-eye concerns like fine lines or puffiness. However, please avoid direct use on the eyelidsand the infraorbital area, and it is recommended to start using it from the lowest setting along the lateral orbital area during eye session. If you experience any discomfort, stop using and consult a professional.

But for tattooed/scarred areas, we do not recommend using the GEMO Anti-Aging Beauty Device on tattooed or scarred skin. Tattooed areas may react unpredictably to heat and electrical stimulation, while scar tissue may have different sensitivity and healing characteristics compared to normal skin. To ensure safety and best results, please avoid applying the device directly over such areas.

  1. Due to hormonal changes during pregnancy and breastfeeding that may cause increased skin sensitivity, we do not recommend using the GEMO Anti-Aging Beauty Device during these periods to ensure your safety.
  2. If you have metal implants in or near the intended treatment area (such as the face or neck), we do not recommend using the GEMO Anti-Aging Beauty Device on those regions.
  3. Since the device utilizes radio frequency (RF) and microcurrent technologies, there is a possibility of interference or discomfort when used over or near metallic implants. To ensure your safety, please consult your physician before use.The GEMO Anti-Aging Beauty Device is generally safe for most users, including those with hypothyroidism. However, as the device emits radio frequency (RF) and microcurrent energy, we recommend ​avoiding direct application over the thyroid gland​ (located at the front of the neck, ​below the Adam's apple and between the trachea).
